The system comprises one BESS container equipped with three 630kW ATESS PCS inverters and four Freedom Won LiTe 500/400 HV+ batteries. For backup power, the setup includes five 408kVA Scania generators, ensuring reliable and continuous energy supply.

The system has 731 JA Solar 555W panels (405.7 kWp) on a ground mount. Backup power is a 300 kVA Volvo diesel generator with a 1000L tank. Battery storage is in two 6m containers: one with five Freedom Won 200/160HV batteries (room for one more), the other with two 150 kW ATESS inverters.

The system includes a 1MW CAB1000 inverter and a 1290kWh MegaTower battery and 1MW Generator with a Perkins Engine, managed by the ComAp InteliNeo 5500. It connects to the client's 1MW PV array via Modbus for coordinated dispatch, integrates multiple generators, and controls two grid connections through ComAp’s SCADA for centralized monitoring and optimization.

We design custom 65kVA Perkins diesel generators for Vodacom telecom sites, optimised for reliability. Features include high-efficiency alternators, robust controls, site-specific canopies (stainless steel for coastal, mild steel inland), bunded fuel tanks, multi-stage fuel filtration, and remote monitoring for real-time status and maintenance. These generators ensure continuous network uptime, efficiency, and durability.
Cinergy Mobile Hybrid Trailer

We created a mobile hybrid power system for Cinergy featuring a 50kVA Sunsynk three-phase inverter and 2 × 60/45 FreedomWon Marine battery modules in a trailer-mounted unit. The trailer also has the option for 65 kWp of Solar input. This off-grid, silent, zero-emission solution is ideal for events, film sets, and remote sites, offering reliable three-phase power with smart load management and easy integration. Compact, efficient, and sustainable—a clean alternative to generators.

We designed and supplied a range of synchronisable generators for TAG Wilter, tailored for flexible deployment across various operational scenarios. Available in 60kVA, 100kVA, 150kVA and cross compatible configurations, these generators are built to operate in both island mode and synchronous mode, allowing for seamless integration with other power sources or standalone functionality. Each unit is engineered with specialised synchronisation controls, enabling multiple generators to run in parallel for load sharing or redundancy. Designed as mobile generator sets, they offer rapid deployment and adaptability for sites with changing power demands.

We designed, built, and maintain a fleet of custom power trucks for SuperSport's live broadcasts across South Africa. Each truck has 2 x 150kVA generators running synchronised for stable, uninterrupted power. Multiple trucks can sync for larger events, offering scalable, flexible power for any production size. Ongoing maintenance keeps units broadcast-ready, delivering reliable mobile power wherever needed. Built for uptime, engineered for broadcast performance.
